BREAD IS HEADING TO IDYLLWILD!

Bread is taking over Tahquitz Pines Retreat in Idyllwild, CA! Come early on Friday afternoon for plenty of chill time under the shadow of the San Jacinto mountains. We’ll be self-contained within 22 acres at Tahquitz. We’re looking forward to heaps of relaxation time in lush mountain air and forest green pines—we’ll have pickleball, a soccer pitch, basketball courts, a pool, plenty of fire pits, late night karaoke, meaningful times of worship and community time, and much more.

HOW TO SECURE A SPOT:
Everyone (regardless of cabin-choice) can reserve a spot with a $75 deposit per adult (and $10 deposit per kid)! Final payments are due Oct 3.

REGISTRATION TIMELINE:

  • July 28 - Sept 11: Registration is live

  • Sept 12 - Sept 18: Registration closes // waitlist opens

  • Sept 19: Waitlist closes

  • Oct 3: Final payment due

  • Oct 18-20: Weekend Away!!

***We’re afraid we’re not able to accommodate registrations after Sept 18. Please sign up as early as possible!***

WHAT’S CHANGED THIS YEAR:

  • Bread is covering the cost of 5 meals this year (vs. 2.5 last year!) Friday evening is on you, but we’ll kick off buffet style meals on Saturday at breakfast, ending with lunch on Sunday.

  • Kids costs have increased slightly to $45/child (starting at 3 years old).

  • You’ll now have a wider variety of options for lodging (more wallet-friendly options, or you can go a bit fancy).

  • Most cabins are fairly roomy…some even have patios, kitchens, and fire pits!

  • We’ll all be in a central location, with 22 acres of space—pickleball courts, an open convertible soccer pitch, basketball courts, a swimming pool, the works!

  • With our new cabins, please note that no extra cots will be available, so what you register for is what you’ll get, sleeping-wise!

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Need to Cancel?

  • On/Before or on Sept 18: Full refund

  • After Sept 19: No refund

  • If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at events@bread.church

SIGNING UP WITH ROOMMATES: Suites/cabins are fully reserved when everyone in the party has put down a deposit. If you (or your intended roommate) registers without the rest of the cabin, your rooming assignment will be reserved for 1 week. If your suite/cabin have not paid the deposit/person, we will reach out to for further instruction!

BEING ASSIGNED A ROOMMATE: We will do our utter best to assign you to the best room possible, based on the tier you choose! 


SMOKING: All Retreat cabins and event spaces are non-smoking areas. If smoking occurs in a room $250.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
