Waitlist for weekend away
PLEASE NOTE: Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee a registration for weekend away. First come, first serve with remaining available suites/cabins.
HELLO! Welcome to the weekend away waitlist.
Registration looks a little different here than it did during open registration.
You will see SIX different rooming options to choose from. You will choose your TOP PREFERENCE for weekend away with your waitlist registration. Then, you will be asked to name other selection types you're ok signing up for if your first preference is unavailable.
At this moment, we only have SINGLE BED options remaining. If you need a 2 bed option, you can either select that option when registering, and we will notify you if a 2 bed option becomes available, or you can register for the OFF CAMPUS option.
OFF CAMPUS HOUSING: we are currently in search of discounted rates at hotels near the Tahquitz campus. If you register for (or select interest in) off campus housing, your only fee due to us is the $75 deposit, which covers 5 meals at Tahquitz plus the cost of using the fun amenities on site. You will be responsible for booking your lodging and transportation to/from Tahquitz. We will reach out ASAP with those discounted options once we receive them.
